Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all regions across the United Kingdom.

Delivery availability, delivery charges, and lead times may vary depending on your location, postcode, and the size or type of furniture ordered.

Selected postcode areas near London and Manchester may qualify for free delivery, depending on the product and delivery location.

For locations outside these areas, delivery charges may apply and will be communicated clearly before your order is confirmed.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 10–15 business days, depending on product availability and order requirements.

Some products may be held in stock for quicker dispatch, while certain items may be prepared on a made-to-order basis, which may affect delivery times.

Deliveries are generally carried out Monday to Saturday between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

Customers will receive:

• A 4-hour delivery slot notification approximately 1–2 days before delivery
• The option to reschedule delivery if the proposed time is unsuitable
• A 30-minute notice on the day of delivery before arrival

While we aim to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to logistics, supplier schedules, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Information & Limitations

Standard delivery includes delivery to the first safe and accessible location within the delivery premises.

Please note:

• Furniture is not carried upstairs unless a two-person delivery service has been arranged in advance
• Assembly or installation services are not included unless pre-arranged
• Existing furniture removal or disposal services are not included
• Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate property access for large furniture items

If access restrictions apply, customers should inform us before delivery to avoid delays or failed delivery attempts.

Returns, Exchanges & Delivery Issues

We offer a 30-day return policy, subject to our Return Policy terms and conditions.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Missing or Lost Deliveries

If an order is delayed, missing, or lost in transit, please contact us promptly so we can investigate with the delivery provider and work towards a suitable resolution.
